The Complete Speed & Strength Camp is a group training program that ensures individual attention for maximum results.
Led by our nationally certified coaches, the 6 Week Camp is designed for athletes to develop explosive speed and power. The cutting-edge programming will lead to an increase vertical jump, strength, agility, flexibility and overall speed, while decreasing the risk of injury.
The focus of the clinic will provide the fundamentals of speed and agility training so athletes can improve their linear, lateral & multi-directional movements on the field or court, and improve their overall athletic ability. Taking it a step further, athletes will be working hard in the weight room to first learn how to lift properly, then to learn what needs to be done to lift and get stronger for their sport. The goal is to optimize athleticism.
Going beyond just ‘working out’, the athletes that attend the camp will leave with the skills and knowledge of all the drills and ‘why’ they are being performed. As you know, it’s one thing to get great coaching and instruction during the camp sessions, but we want all the athletes to take the newly learned exercises with them so they will be able to apply them all year round.
This comprehensive 90 minute long training program is designed for athletes of speed and power sports. The first 45 minutes of the workout is spent on movement, which includes, stretching, activation, active warm up, linear and lateral speed development, quickness, plyometrics, and core strengthening. The second part of the workout is dedicated to explosive power, increasing overall strength..
You’ll learn new skills with this innovative approach to training. It will change the way you view your training while building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete's individual goals.

The Complete Speed & Strength Camp will take place at the North Attleboro High School. We will be able to take advantage of sprinting on the track, using the fields for lateral speed & agility and using the outdoor weight room to maximize strength and power. The North Attleboro High School is located just minutes from highways I-95, I-295, and I-495 and Route 1, in the town of North Attleboro in South Eastern Massachusetts.

Coach Patrick BeithPatrick Beith is the owner of Athletes Acceleration, a nationally recognized leader in speed development and sports performance.
Coach Beith has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, and is recognized by the following:

Patrick’s articles on training have been featured in many publications including Men’s Health, STACK Magazine, Elite Fitness, Strength Coach, Successful Coaching and Men’s Fitness magazines. He has written a training book for the USA Track & Field Organization and has created several athletic training products that have been sold world-wide.
Coach Jason Feid
Jason Feid is the owner of Kick Start Athletics, who's goal is to provide both fundamental and advanced programming and make it available to all athletes. Helping athletes reach their full potential is the mission.
Coach Feid has a Master Degree is Physical Education from Plymouth State University. He has 20 years teaching Physical Education at North Attleboro Middle School.
Coach Feid is the Varsity Track & Field Coach North Attleboro High School for the past 20 years. Under Coach Feid there were multiple Regular and Post Season Hockomock League Titles, and multiple State Titles with both Boys and Girls Programs at NAHS. He has coached numerous State Champions and 2 All-Americans.
Coach Alison Culley Ellsworth
Alison Culley is a Head Coach at Athletes Acceleration, with her expertise in speed training (and just getting athletes faster).
Coach Culley is recognized as a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) from Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning. And is also Certified Speed & Agility Coach.
Coach Culley has coached sprinters at the Collegiate level at Syracuse University and at the High School level.
Besides being one of the top speed coaches in the area, Coach Culley was also one of the top sprinters to come out of New England. She ran for Syracuse University and earned the following titles:
Big East Champion (100m), 5-time ECAS Champion (100m, 200m, 300m), 2-time SU Record Holder (200m), 3-time Syracuse Track & Field MVP
Coach Culley ran for Foxboro High School and earned the following titles:
New England Runner of the Year (1998), 2-time High School All-American, 6-time High School All-State Champion, 5-time High School New England Champion, 11-time Hockomock League Champion
Camp Duration: 6 Weeks
Dates: Every Monday & Wednesday starting July 11th ending August 17th
Deadline to Register is July 5th!
Session Duration: Each session is 90 minutes long
Athlete Age: We will be running 2 groups. Group 1 is Middle School and Group 2 is High School & College Athletes
